In an awfully cute way, Tessa has discovered there is a world outside of her crib. We have started to figure out that she'll go down easier if we let her sit up in the crib for awhile playing with her menagerie of stuffed animals and watching the aquarium...and then we lay her back with doggy at first yawn. Well tonight, she was mesmerized by the aquarium, so I sat on the floor outside her crib, giving Lucy a little attention, when the little stinker turned and spotted me. She then continued to reach her arm out of the bar trying to reach me. Tessa has also learned (or should I say, perfected) the baby sign for want and does it correctly quite often. She "wanted" me as soon as she saw me, and I couldn't bear not picking her up. I'm a sucker...
