There was a whole lot of slapping, hair pulling, etc. going on in these photos, hence the title of this post. Nate and I were talking tonight and decided we think Tessa sees Lucy as a toy (most likely one of the climbing variety).On another note, Nate is not feeling well and thinks he might be coming down with something, so in efforts to keep Tessa healthy, I took her to King Arthur's Court, a cute toy shop in Oakley and let her crawl around and play with all the sample toys. She had a great time and now I have an idea of some things to get her for Christmas. Ironically, her favorite thing of all the beeping, musical, colorful toys out there was a set of wooden alphabet blocks. Go figure. At least she's easy to please!

Those smiles on Tessa are absolutely precious. She really does love Lucy. And if she does see Lucy as a toy, it's the best animated thing out there.
