Lucy

One of my coworkers was kind enough to watch Lucy for until she could move to Minnesota. The whole thing we had to finagle was that she couldn't be in Nate's corporate housing and the last time he was home he still had a week there before he could get into the rental house. So Lucy moved in with Beth, and to be honest, I was really enjoying not having a dog. But then Tessa started missing Lucy and began talking about her constantly. She even told me one morning on the way to school, "Mommy, baby Jesus is in all of our hearts. Especially Lucy's heart because Lucy is very special." Awww....about broke my heart that I was thinking about leaving Lucy here in Ohio. But when we went to visit Lucy this weekend, it was pretty clear to us all that Lucy has to come with us. We all missed her!
So once we figure out if our vet will give us some sort of tranquilizer or whatnot and Nate clears Lucy's flight through Target, she will be leavin' on a jet plane. Anyone have tips for flying a pet (especially one who already has anxiety?)
