I still cannot believe Tessa is almost a year old. AH! Where has the year gone? She has definitely been the greatest thing that has ever happened to us. We constantly wonder what we used to do with our time B.T. (Before Tessa) and can't seem to remember, though now the brightest parts of our day are when we make her smile. Becoming a parent has definitely not been easy. The first few months at our house were loud, filled with a colicky baby who perpetually screamed for hours on end. But as she started calming down, and Zantac started kicking in, life began to calm down. And once she started sleeping through the night at 9 MONTHS, things were really good. Anyways, happy almost birthday to Tessa. I've changed the blog background until the big day. 11 days and counting!

I can't believe it has been a year either. I also can't begin to express the joy that she has brought to our lives as well. I love it when I ask her to come to Grandma and she gets a smile on her face and moves those little hands. Tessa Time has become an important pastime for us!
