And we have a house!

Yippee!  Our offer was accepted, and in about a month, we'll be making the big move to suburbia.  I'm pretty darn excited.  I know Tessa is going to love growing up in a neighborhood with so many kids, and I'm sure Nate and are also going to enjoy the new house.  Here are the top five things I'm most looking forward to in the new house:

1) A fenced in yard so Lucy can just be let out and can come back whenever she wants...this will be especially great in the wintertime

2) 2.5 bathrooms.  We currently have one and what some refer to as the "Hyde Park Marriage Save" down in our basement (a toilet in the middle of the basement)

3) A garage that Nate and I can both park in and still have room for Tessa's toys

4) A working fireplace

and da-dum....

5) SPACE!  

We are almost tripling our space with the new move.  We're not going to know what to do!
