GREAT NEWS!
Well, most of you knew that our house went on the market yesterday. Despite the snowy blizzard, we did have one showing. Like I said yesterday, I knew they liked it, as they spent quite some time looking around. I didn't get my hopes up, but much to my surprise, Nate called me this afternoon on my way home from work and told me we had a contract on the way. Fast forward a few hours, and the contract was accepted. We had to counter a few things: closing date, inspection time, etc., but all is well, and hopefully come April 6th we'll be in a new house!

Congratulations, Laura!! I can't believe it has happened that quickly. AMAZING. I'm soo happy it's working out. Good luck with the house hunt, keep us posted!!
