Daddy's new sunglasses. He is loving them!
And mommy dressed up like an M&M. Long story made short: my homeroom is dressing up as M&Ms for our homeroom competition on Monday and one student brought in this for me to wear, since apparently, I'm the head M&M. We'll see how hot it actually is on Monday to determine if I actually wear it!So far, I'll say that this weekend has been...surprising. Last night was great. My mom called me after school and surprised me with the announcement that her and my dad were bringing us pizza for dinner. A good surprise.
Then, Nate surprised me yesterday with news that his boss was having a cookout today and we were to bring cookies. Another good surprise.
Then, Tessa took a pretty crappy nap today (not too much of a surprise) and was in an all-around-odd mood all afternoon. This culminated in a lovely vomiting episode this evening, right after we got out of the bath tub. A bad surprise.
Please say a pray that she actually sleeps through the night and we aren't awakened by another bad surprise in the middle of the night. Our poor little stinker isn't feeling well, so pray the sleep helps her to feel better.

Oh yuck, I hope she feels better. Hopefully it was just something she ate and she'll be back to normal tomorrow. We'll be praying for a good night's sleep. Nice costume for Monday!
You look very cool, Daddy! Mommy, being head M&M is an important role, especially in the eyes of those students. I hope our little pumpkin feels better soon!
