Apparently the only potty available for usage is what Tessa calls, "The Big Potty." The little potty no longer suffices, and she insists on hoisting herself on to the big potty with NO assistance. Such a big girl. And for the most part, she is doing really well with it. (She did fall in once a few days ago and still reminds me that, "Tessie fell in big potty. Wet bobbom and shirt.") We've been in nothing but panties for four days in a row, including two days at the sitter's house, which is a HUGE accomplishment for her. She's even been playing outside and will go in to use the potty. We are actually (I think) getting fairly close to daytime potty training. Nighttime is a whole other story, as she still wakes up every morning with a completely soaked diaper...
And on to another exciting thing - Tessa's first french braid. I couldn't believe she sat still enough for me to do this to her (nor that her hair was actually long enough to hold a french braid). And it looked incredibly cute...until after naptime. 
Lucy has also been enjoying the outdoors with us. Tessa particularly enjoyed watching Lucy chase a bunny through our backyard the other day. Now every time we are outside, she insists on seeing the bunny. If only it were that easy to find the bunny!
Baby boy is still doing well. I had another doctor's appointment Monday and everything looks great. My doctor promised to believe me if I called and said I was in labor (unlike my last one who refused to admit me to the hospital because I was three weeks early). He did predict I wouldn't make it to 40 weeks. Let's hope he's right! I'd be thrilled with 38...though I am calling April 16th right now. Nate has dibs on the 19th. Any other predictions out there? Maybe I'll get a prize for the winner!

I think the 28th is a great day to be born. Not that I'm biased or anything because it's my birthday. :-) For your sake I hope it's before that.
I am going with April 16th. This is the Friday after your first full week back to school after break. :) I can't wait to meet baby boy Palmer! :)
Still can't believe that Baby Boy is going to be making his appearance so soon! How did time go that quickly? (My vote is April 15th...mostly b/c I wanted to pick the 16th but it was taken!!ha.) I cracked up to see Tessa on the potty. She is growing up too!! Hope to see when I make it back to Cincy. 4 more weeks of chemo and then I could leave here if I wanted. Keep me updated on your news! Poor Tessa. She will not enjoy the potty photo when she gets older. As far as dates go, I'm at the painting retreat weekend April 16th, 17th, and 18th. I will come home if needed..... Over night on the 17th would be great for me! See what you think you can work out with "Ronald."
Dad said you are to AVOID any labor on April 24th before 1:00 PM if Ronald chooses that day. Actually April 18th through the 21st are great. He might decide to wait until he's due.........wouldn't that be a novel idea?
