For the Birds

What is this you might ask?

Lots and lots of bread. For the birds. We've tried feeding the birds before in our own backyard, but eventually Lucy will go outside (you know, to take care of her business) and will instead gobble all the bread intended for the birds. So we stopped doing it. But at Papa and Grandma's house a couple weeks ago, Tessa had a blast throwing bread for the birds...
And some at Mommy (that blur is bread she threw straight at her mommy, who was documenting the bird feeding from below).
Tessa has a very special bond with Papa and it was nice to catch them sharing a moment.
We had a wonderful snow day today (though I was a bit surprised, having never got the phone call for the delay or snow day). The day was spent wrapping presents, watching Christmas shows, buying some supplies for someone's upcoming 3rd birthday, and a play and dinner date with Anna. Fun times!
