Puzzles, Pink Shoes, and Spoiling, Oh my!

We were all very sad to see Papa and Grandma depart early this morning to drive back to Ohio. Makes me sad that there is a 12-hour difference just to see them, and I'm sure we missed a 4th of July pool party or cookout on Nate's side as well this weekend. Boo...

Even though we are still missing home, we have been having fun. I actually took Morgan to the pool for the first time with Tessa (it was very, very busy and I swear the boy tries to drown himself). He drank his first juice box while we were there and thoroughly enjoyed it!
My mom was horrified that I was letting Morgan wear Tessa's old water shoes and spoiled him by buying a pair of boy ones this weekend while she was here. (One of just a "few" of her purchases for Tessa and Morgan).
Momma spoiled Tessa with her very own Camelbak. She LOVES mine and ends up stealing it half the time, and it was time for new sippy cups or something along those lines for her anyways. And while we were there, she insisted Morgan really wanted one too. Man, our kids are a tad spoiled!
Morgan is FINALLY waving bye bye. Only 14 months old. Grandma got him doing this trick this weekend. YAY!!! Now, his repertoire includes bye bye, high five, and kisses. Cute!
We also bought Tessa a few more puzzles. She can do 100 piece puzzles by herself now, so we thought we'd buy a few bigger ones. We found these two princess puzzles at Barnes and Noble. This one was 300 pieces:
And this one was 500 pieces:While they were good puzzles, a tad too difficult for her. She did help, don't get me wrong, but she's not quite ready for these. Papa, Grandma, Mommy, and Daddy on the other hand did a lot of work to complete both of them.
