Darn you Christmas birthdays. It really keeps you from getting separate gifts. Lucy's new birthday/Christmas gifts is a bag of bones. Thanks, Nate (aka Dad)!
Lucy spent her birthday sleeping, and enjoyed every minute of it. We were going to take her through the McDonalds drive thru, though I think that will have to wait until the 26th. In all seriousness though, Lucy is a great dog. I kiddingly refer to her as Saint Lucy of Oakley, but we really couldn't ask for a better dog. She is great with Tessa and we couldn't ask for more from a dog (except maybe for her to stop peeing in her cage, but that is a whole other story...)
