Tessa love, love, loves this singing penguin decoration from Hallmark at my mom's house.
I love how she dances to the beat and gets really excited.  I'm pretty sure her favorite part is the jingle bell.  Too cute!

Weekend Recap:
It was so nice having a whole weekend off work (like normal) but also knowing I don't have to go in tomorrow.  It makes me happy to be a stay-at-home mom for a couple of weeks.   This weekend was busy.  We finished up our Christmas shopping, played at Joseph-Beth, had dinner at Cheesecake Factory, and visited with some of Nate's friends on Saturday.  A funny little thing: we ate dinner so early on Saturday that we were able to take advantage of lunch prices.  Ha ha!  We were a little embarrassed.  The get-together with Nate's friends was a good time.  It was the first time most of them have met Tessa (the out-of-towners).  She also got to hang out with Frankie, who is 9 months old.  Today was more low-key.  I spent a good chunk of the day at my mom's with Tessa, helping her cook and then celebrating my dad's birthday.  Happy Birthday, Dad!
