Home is Where the Heart is...

We've been spending an awful lot of time at home, largely because it is so cold...and partially because Tessa has decided she wants to spend all day, every day in her pajamas and without shoes on. Sometimes it is just easier to stay home. That being said, we have had a few outings. We hit up the zoo on New Years Eve and had a great time. There were very few people there and Tessa had a great time seeing all the animals and lights. We were happy we went that day, as it has gotten significantly colder since.
Here is Tessa taking "Dog Dog," her new stuffed dog, on a walk. She likes to take her on walks around the house. It's mighty cute!
And you can't tell from the photograph, but in this picture Tessa was talking to my mom on Skype and was trying to feed her plastic food through the computer screen. Too cute.

Did you notice the jammies in both pictures? She even gets out of the bath and wants jammies on. I don't blame her because sometimes I wish I could wear mine all day too, but what doesn't make sense to me is that if she does decide to wear clothes, it is jeans she wants to where. Not exactly as comfortable as a fleece or comfy cotton toddler outfit in my opinion...

It is always fun talking to Tessa on the computer. Her cooking is delicious! Jammies are fun and comfy.
