So today marks 38 weeks of pregnancy. And I wish I could say I felt like labor was near; unfortunately, there have been no signs. So we are just going on our everyday business, but hoping he decides to make an appearance soon! Last night we had a family afternoon, with a trip to the zoo and dinner at BW3's, where Nate and I shared boneless wings in two equally spicy sauces. On a positive twist, they accidentally made them non-boneless first and so we were sent home not only with our leftovers, but an additional 24 regular wings as well. You know what I'll be munching on this week...
These pictures are from a get together with Nate's dad's side of the family. Tessa and Abby get together several times a year and are very close in age, yet they still don't really play together...more so next to each other.

Marmi and Grandpa Palmer got Tessa these cool Melissa and Doug magnetic dress-up dolls as a belated Easter gift, and my, does she love them! Tessa is totally in a dress phase right now and this was the perfect gift for her!

And her other love is coloring, though she is very particular about what she colors. The first choice is always, believe it or not, Disney princesses, followed by Dora or Tinkerbell. Anything after that requires some cajoling to get her to want to color it. When Baby Boy arrives, she will be getting a few new coloring books, which I'm sure will thrill her!

Please say some prayers I go into labor either really soon (next two days) or wait until next Sunday after my dad's ordination. We don't want too much chaos on the 24th next weekend, and Nate is also serving as his brother's confirmation sponsor Friday night, so that would be a bad day as well. We'll see what happens...I have another appointment tomorrow so we'll see if the spicy food and exercise is helping!
