So in addition to our great new house, we also have a great new neighborhood. This afternoon they held an Easter egg hunt and we headed down. Fun was had by all, and Tessa did a great job once she got the hang of things. She "found" twelve eggs and put (or should I say threw) them into her Easter basket. It was a great family fun afternoon.
On other notes, I have been slacking on the blog. We've been pretty busy with some projects around the house. Home improvement projects are much more difficult with a toddler. Somehow, between naps and the evenings after she goes to bed, I've managed to strip the wallpaper (minus a few scragglers I need to scrape off) from Tessa's playroom. Next up-picking a paint color and going to town. I think that will be next weekend's project...
Four more days of school until spring break!
