We without a doubt spend more time in our backyard than any other room in our new house. Tessa loves having a swing set of our own, playing in the sandbox, and just running around chasing Lucy. One of her favorite things to do (which drives me and Nate CRAZY) is push the wagon around, then climb in, then out, then in, then out...over and over again. The swing set we inherited with our new move is a pretty decent one. It has a slide and a little playhut on top. The only thing that needs repaired is the roof. A few slats are missing, so I think we're going to have to revamp the whole thing. That is definitely a project for daddy!
We're very much looking forward to my friend Sarah's visit. Sarah and I were roomies in college and don't get to see each other nearly enough. She is also going to meet Tessa for the first time--I can't wait to see her!!!
