How I found Tessa at naptime one day. (Most days she is convinced she isn't tired and doesn't need a nap and so she'll read books until she falls asleep. Apparently this day she was not only reading books, but also playing with a Barbie and also deciding to use her big dog-dog as a pillow. Funny girl!

As most of you know, Tessa was a horrible sleeper from day one. Not only did she rarely sleep, but she was always grumpy too because she was overtired and nothing seemed to be able to get her to sleep easily except for the car. I'm pretty sure I rocked that girl to sleep until she was at least 18 months. Morgan, on the other hand, is just about sleeping through the night. We've gone four days in a row of about 8 hours of sleep and then he gets up, eats, and goes back to bed for another couple hours. The past couple days, his feeding has been around 5 a.m., which is perfect for me. I get my 8 hours of sleep and then I'm up for the day! I really, really hope this continues. And in all respect to Tessa, she is a pretty darn good sleeper now. It just took a long time to get here...
