Six Weeks

It's hard to believe, but Morgan is six weeks old today. The time has flown by, probably because I am on autopilot due to sheer exhaustion, but that's for another post. Despite the lack of sleep, we've enjoyed every minute of the past six weeks together and are looking forward to watching this little man grow up.
At six weeks, Morgan is sleeping from around 8:30 until 12/1 and then getting up again sometime between 3/5. Last night was 1 and 5, which I LOVE, as I get a good chunk at the beginning of the night and can just be up for the day after the 5 a.m. feeding. Let's hope he does this again tonight, as tomorrow I return to work :(

Though it will be sad to leave both of them, it is only for a mere five days of school plus a three-hour teacher workday. Then, school's out for the summer. At least my parents are the ones watching them, so I have no worries.
He was smiling in this last picture, though it's a bit blurry. Apparently clothing manufacturers have decided that little boys like to wear monkeys. I'm pretty sure we have about 10 different outfits/sleepers that display monkeys. In fact, we have this exact sleeper in three different sizes. I guess he is our little monkey man!

Welcome back to work. Hope your monkey man and Tessa had a good first day w/o momma too. Good thing there's not much school left. :-)
