Yum!

I know anyone who comes here pretty much comes for pictures of Tessa...and you will all have to wait until tomorrow.  Right now, I'm going to show off a house project or two!  The first are the tomatoes I planted a month or so ago.  Current count is 11 tomatoes...can't wait until they ripen.  Yum!  Second is the deck, stained!  Nate and I both decided that deck staining is a project we will potentially outsource next time around.  It was not exactly fun.

We've been having a blast, as usual.  The only problem mommy is having is Tessa's refusal to go to bed at night.  Naps haven't been too much of a challenge, but nighttime has been miserable.  Two nights ago it was an hour and half battle, last night was an hour.  Today, she took a later nap so I kept her up until nine, and she actually fell asleep on her own, with NO crying (just some talking) within 15 minutes.  It was so much more relaxing for me than the crying.  I know it is okay to let her cry, but it really breaks my heart to listen to it.  Anyways, three cheers for a good bedtime.  Nate's at the Reds game, so I'm off to read a book I picked up from the library today, The Late Lamented Molly Marx.  Very good so far...
